Integrated Management System
Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and testing (hereinafter „UNMS SR“ or „the Office“) has a certified Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 (PDF, 453,3 kB) and Anti-bribery Management System according to ISO 37001: 2025 (PDF, 456,1 kB).
The certificates were awarded after the successful completion of the recertification audit on May 20–21, 2026. The established integrated management system helps us to constantly improve our processes and build the trust of our customers and other stakeholders.
Integrated Management System Policy
In connection with the integrated management system, UNMS SR publishes the IMS Policy (PDF, 176,9 kB) for all its employees, customers, as well as for all other stakeholders. Its purpose is to define the main principles and attitudes of the office in the field of quality, prevention and fight against bribery, and at the same time confirms our commitment to the highest quality of products and services provided, transparency and rejection of any form of bribery.
CAF Model
UNMS SR at regular intervals implements a process of self-assessment and improvement according to the European model for improving public administration organizations - the CAF Model (Common Assessment Framework). The goal of this initiative is to improve and increase the quality of its provided products and services.
UNMS SR was awarded Effective CAF User Label (PDF, 744,6 kB)after successful assessment in October, 2025.
